Shift Management

Covers detailed shift Information like Net sales, Credit card, Debit Card, Safe drops, Refund, Coupon, In-house accounts, Pay In, Payouts, Lotto Payout, and Drive off. It also encompass shift inventory like Cigarette carton, Cigarette pack, Calling card and Instant (scratch off). This module also covers Short Over details for each section like Cash, Cigarette Cartons, Instant, Lotto, Lotto Payout, Total Books activated and their amount, Calling cards, Prepaid Phone cards, Cigarette packs and skoal.

Supplier Integration

This section of the software manages all vendor information, their payment terms and department (Specified in Department Manager) they belongs to.

Cash Management

Cash manager manages daily cash summary like Net sales, Credit card, Debit Card, Safe drops, Refund, Coupon, In-house accounts, Pay In, Payouts, Lotto Payout, drive off. It also takes care of ATM and Bank Deposit. This Section of the software works with Shift Manager and Bank Manager to reduce work.

Business and Gas Management

This module covers daily business, total gas volume, Total Diesel volume and total Kerosene volume. It also shows current total and current average.

Gas Inventory

This section of software covers all fuel functions of C-stores, like details about Fuel tanks, Fuel blending, and Fuel inventory based on state standards.

Labor Management

This part covers basic employee information and their daily hours.

Bank Management

Bank manager divides into two sections Bank Accounts which contains basic information about all bank accounts for business and bank statement which contains statement information of individual Bank Accounts. This section works with Shift Manager, and Cash manager to improve software efficiency.

In-house Account Management

In-house account manager contains information about in-house accounts and their transactions. It also shows total pending balance for individual accounts.

Department manager

Using department manager user can create or update departments to divide their vendors in different categories. You can use same department as you register for accurate information.

Export to Excel
